What commercial cleaning services do you offer?

Our core services are post-construction cleaning, office cleaning and janitorial, commercial floor care, strip and wax, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, restaurant cleaning, and retail cleaning. Each can be scoped as a one-time project or a recurring program.

Do you work with general contractors and builders?

Yes. A large share of our post-construction work comes from general contractors, builders, and developers who need dependable rough, final, and touch-up cleans that hit punch-list deadlines and pass superintendent walkthroughs.

Can you clean occupied buildings after hours?

Yes. We routinely schedule evening, overnight, and weekend work so cleaning doesn't disrupt tenants, employees, or customers. Tell us your building's access requirements and we'll plan crews around them.

How do I get a quote, and does it cost anything?

Do you clean single projects, or only recurring contracts?

Both. We handle one-time projects such as construction final cleans and move-out cleans, as well as recurring janitorial and floor-care programs on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.

Who supplies the cleaning equipment and products?

We do. Our crews arrive with their own commercial-grade equipment and supplies, including HEPA-filtered vacuums for fine construction dust. If your facility requires specific products or protocols, we follow them.

What types of facilities do you clean?

Offices, medical and dental offices, retail stores and shopping centers, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, apartment communities and HOAs, schools and daycares, gyms, auto dealerships, banks, places of worship, and new construction and tenant-improvement projects, among others.

What happens if my project schedule changes?

Construction and facility schedules move — we plan for it. Keep us posted on your dates and we'll re-sequence crews accordingly; scheduling flexibility is built into how we run construction cleans and recurring programs.
